Accompanied by AGL report no. 1105557, stating that the sapphires are from Montana, with no indication of heat treatment, based on a random sample of over half of the sapphires.

Of cluster design, set with concentric rings of circular-cut diamonds and rare Montana sapphires, accented with smaller cushion-shaped diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, to a pierced gallery and fleur de lis shoulders, the setting detaching from the ring via a screw mechanism to form a pendant, with a later hinged bail fitting pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds.
