The cabochon cut emerald carved with the distinctive hexagonal markings, collet set within a cushion shaped border of box collet set rose cut diamonds, the head and legs all with sideways articulation and set with clusters of rose cut diamonds, the head with cabochon ruby eyes, mounted in silver and gold, the underside engraved with further 'markings', French assaymarks and partial workshop mark to the pin, accompanied by GCS report for the emerald giving it a Colombian origin opinion and that the stone shows moderate to significant oil, with a weight of approximately 38ct.
