Millegrain set with an hexagonal step cut 2.63ct diamond, E VS1, within a diamond line border and outer diamond Cupid's bow floral frame, to tapering pierced shoulders with diamond bellflowers, all old single cut diamonds, all millegrain and collet set, mouunted in platinum topped gold, accompanied by GIA report no. 6197095190 giving the 2.63ct diamond an E VS1 grade and with no fluorescence.
