The old brilliant-cut diamond, suspended within a hoop of similarly-cut diamonds, graduating in size towards the centre, surmounted by an old brilliant-cut diamond foliate motif, millegrain-detail throughout, principal diamond approximately 2.05 carats, remaining diamonds approximately 2.15 carats total length 3.9cm.
