A pair of old pear and cushion cut diamond cluster pendant earrings, circa 1850

Each hung with an old pear shaped diamond of approximately 2.00ct, in swing frame borders of ten graduated cushion cut diamonds, from large cushion cut diamond tops of 3ct each, detachable for wear as single stone studs, and with smaller cushion cut in between, open cut down collet set in silver and gold, the peg, scroll backs and detachable fittings later added, approximately 20cts in all including the principal stones.
