Early 20th century pearl chain necklace with sapphire and diamond set rhombic prisms, the six prisms are set with four round blue sapphires and small diamonds along the edge, interspersed by three pearl links, and twenty-six pearl link on each end finishing with a marquise shape diamond set clasp.
