each suspending an articulated vine and grape cluster, designed as diamond set leaves suspending a cascading cluster of old milgrain set european cut diamonds, surmounted by similarly cut and set diamonds. On later hook. Mountings tested as platuinum, hooks tested as 18ct white gold.
