Designed as an openwork, scroll surmount milgrain set with old european and circular cut diamonds, suspending a pear shaped diamond drop within a tapering articulated frame of circular cut diamonds, terminating in a larger pear shaped diamond drop (GIA 2.07 carats F colour VS1 clarity), set to a fine trace link platinum chain.
