An antique gem-set heart pendant locket on a pearl set gold chain
the oversized double sided heart set on one side with two rows of seed pearls surrounding small sapphires, rubies and diamonds, with a larger central natural pearn and the on the side set with two rows or turqoise surrounding sapphires, rubies and diamonds and a larger central catural pearl. The inside lined in 18k gold with glass insert, and the loop set with a sapphire, diamond and ruby. circa 1850. later 18k gold chain with pearls circa 1900.
