Baluster form, with leaf-clad scroll handle and spout with moulded drop, a hinged cover with bud finial, the sides engraved with a coat-of-arms, crest and motto within a rococo cartouche.

The arms are those of Mason with a crescent for difference denoting a second son, and with those of others on an escutcheon of pretence.
